Everything you need to wear the HUD, earn your first Coin, and survive the street.
Attach it. First time on, it auto-registers you with the Elm Street server and assigns you a unique RID — your private player ID. It shows in chat. Write it down. Never share it.
Log into the web dashboard and set a character name (up to 32 characters) and a description (up to 250 characters). This is what other players see on the live map and your public profile.
Find an Elm Street ATM in-world. Pay L$ — receive Coin. You can also buy from the web wallet. Coin is what everything runs on. You need it to found a gang, post hits, and survive a death.
Go to the web profile page and choose your primary role. This sets your XP track and what the meter above your head shows other players. You can change it anytime.
Hit the visibility toggle on your HUD. Three modes: Incognito (invisible), Heat Only (contributes to density, no pin), or Live — a full pin on the web map so the street knows where you are.
Compact mode. Shows your quick status and Coin balance at a glance. Stays on screen always.
Expands to your main action buttons — Wallet, Players, Gang, Services, and more as your Street Level grows.
Full display for lists, sub-menus, gang rosters, transaction history, and confirmations.
Check your balance, view your last transactions, and send tips to nearby players HUD-to-HUD — all in real time.
Flip between Incognito, Heat-only, and Live. Live drops a pin on the web map. Others can see you — and come find you.
Open the player list, pick a nearby avatar, and send Coin directly. No clipboard, no web form — done from the HUD.
Invite members by RID, kick, promote, and set ranks from the HUD. Boss Tools only for Boss and Underboss.
Use your own SL weapons. The HUD listens on the kill channel. Deaths trigger bounty payouts, XP awards, and the Coin death tax automatically.
Worn on the head separately. Shows your gang, character name, role, Street Level, and HP bar to anyone nearby.
Moves weight. Runs supply chains. Quiet money, big money.
Street-level dealer. Fastest Coin, most heat. Live fast.
Lift it, fence it, gone. Property is a suggestion.
Build a stable. Take your cut. Reputation is everything.
Independent or repped. Every booking earns Coin and Skill XP.
Contracts come through the bounty board. Close a hit, claim the treasury.
Jam rivals. Scramble transfers. Reveal the incognito. The keyboard is a gun.
Run the numbers. Take the house cut. Wins when everyone else loses.
You make what the Plug moves. The supply chain starts here.
Track. Warrant. Bust. The only legal hustle on Elm Street.
XP is earned by kills, completed jobs, and time spent Live on the map. Each Street Level unlocks more HUD features and makes you eligible for higher gang ranks. Levels cannot be bought or skipped.
Skill XP runs in parallel — one track per role. It controls your payout tiers and unlocks role-specific abilities the higher you grind.
You lose a % of carried Coin — banked Coin is safe. Small XP penalty, but you can't drop below your current level threshold. The killer takes your lost Coin as a death tax. Respawn on a timer or pay Coin to skip.
Hit the Coin threshold and found a gang. Name it, tag it. Build a rank ladder. The Boss runs everything from the HUD — invite by RID, kick, promote, set ranks, manage the treasury.
Post hits from the gang treasury. Any player who closes the contract cashes out. Declare beef. Run turf. Tax your members.
Self-defense is real — kill the gang that put a hit on you and the contract flips. Your treasury collects.
